• Vivek Mashru is a former Indian actor and businessman. He gained recognition for his role as sub-inspector Vivek in the TV series ‘CID’ on Colors TV, which he played from 2006 to 2012.

• During his teenage years, Vivek worked as a model and appeared in various photoshoots.

  

• He also actively participated in different sports like skating, hockey, swimming, athletics, taekwondo, and badminton while he was in school and college.

• Additionally, he showcased his talent in theatre plays and dance competitions during his college days.

• In 2002, Vivek embarked on his acting career and joined Prasad Bidapa Associates in Bengaluru, where he worked as an actor and production executive until 2003.

• From 2015 to 2020, he served as the director of marketing at Indus International Schools. From September 2020 to January 2021, he worked as a general manager of marketing at Vijaybhoomi University, Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSOM), IFIM College & IFIM Law School.

• In April 2021, he joined the CMR Group of Institutions in Bengaluru as a specialist in strategy and innovation. Subsequently, in October 2021, he became the head of the common core curriculum at CMR University. In June 2022, he was promoted to the position of director of the common core curriculum.
