Tushar has been fond of dancing since childhood and used to do stage shows in school and social gatherings.

Tushar was a basketball state-level champion in his childhood and also used to play other games like cricket and football.

Tushar was nominated for the Best Actor Award in the Sanskruti Kala Darpan Award in 2015.

Tushar also appeared in mythological TV shows such as RadhaKrishn (2018), Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran (2019), and Jai Deva Shree Ganesha (2020).
