• Tunisha Sharma was an Indian film & TV actress. On 24 December 2022, she was found hanging in the makeup room of her ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan on the sets of the Hindi TV serial Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’ (2022).

• In 2015, Tunisha played the role of Ahankara in the TV serial Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, which aired on Colors TV.

• She acted in many Hindi TV serials like ‘Gabbar Poonchwala’ (2016; Disney Channel), ‘Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh’ (2017; Life OK), and ‘Hero – Gayab Mode On’ (2021; Sony SAB).

• On 24 December 2022, Tunisha was found hanging in a bathroom of her makeup room on the sets of the Hindi TV show ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’ (2022). Her colleagues immediately took her to JJ Hospital in Mumbai, but she was declared dead there. Earlier, on the same day, she had shared an Instagram story from her makeup room. Later, her mother filed a police complaint against her rumoured boyfriend Sheezan Mohammed Khan for suicide abutment.

  

• In an interview, Tunisha’s uncle shared that Tunisha was once in depression as Sheezan was cheating on her. ^[5]The Tribune Her uncle said,
  

  Even after being in a relationship with Tunisha and living together, Sheezan used to keep in touch with many girls. This left Tunisha stressed and in depression. On December 16, Tunisha came to know that Sheezan was cheating on her and after this, she had an anxiety attack. Tunisha’s mother also spoke to Sheezan and asked him why he came so close and then left Tunisha suddenly when he was not serious. This was not right. We cannot believe that Tunisha is no more. She used to live with her mother in the Indraprastha building on Mira Road. She used to look after everything. I have full faith in the police. Whoever is the accused should be punished.”
