• Sylvie Tellier, known for her roles on French television and in business, made her mark by becoming Miss France in 2002. Before achieving this title, she was crowned Miss Lyon in 2001, making her the seventh woman from Rhône-Alpes to win Miss France. Winning Miss France also qualified her to compete in the Miss Universe 2002 competition. From 2007 to 2022, Tellier served as the national director of the Miss France Committee.

• Her journey into pageantry began in 1997 when she decided to enter Miss Vendée 1997, encouraged by the mother of her boyfriend at the time, and won. This win opened the door for her to compete in Miss Pays de la Loire 1997, which was a crucial step towards Miss France.

• Tellier started working with the Miss France Committee in 2005 as the head of external relations. In 2007, after Endemol France underwent some changes, she was appointed as the national director of the Miss France Committee and the head of the Miss Europe Organization by Virginie Calmels, Endemol France’s director.

• In August 2022, she resigned as national director, passing the baton to Cindy Fabre. Nonetheless, she remained involved with the organization in a symbolic and advisory role until Miss France 2023 concluded.

• In 2016, Tellier participated in “Danse avec les stars,” the French version of “Dancing with the Stars,” alongside professional dancer Christophe Licata. They were eliminated on November 5, 2016, finishing in 9th place out of 11 participants. Tellier has appeared on other TV shows like “Shopping Queens” and “Mask Singer” as well.
