• In February 1992, after completing his formal education, Srinivas Pallia began working as a Product Manager at Wipro in Bangalore, India.

• In 1996, he became a Marketing and Brand Manager at Wipro in Bangalore and worked in the same position for 4 years up until 2000.

• In 2000, he moved to Minnesota in the United States of America as he was promoted to the rank of General Manager of the US Central division of Wipro.

• In April 2004, he was appointed as the Vice President of the Enterprise Business of Wipro in the USA. After 4 years in April 2008, he was promoted to the rank of senior Vice President and Global Head, at the Business Application Services department of Wipro in Bangalore, India.

• In April 2012, he became the Chief Executive of the RCTG Business Unit of Wipro in Bangalore, India. He also served as Head of Retail, Consumer Goods, Transportation and Government Strategic Business Unit.

• In April 2016, Pallai moved to the United States of America and became the President of the Consumer Business Unit of Wipro in New Jersey.

• In January 2021, Pallia was made CEO of the Americas 1 unit at Wipro. He also became a member of the Wipro Executive Board and a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Council. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing various industry sectors, setting their strategic direction, and executing growth plans.

• While working for Wipro, he made several CXO-level relationships at Fortune 500 companies and helped clients with the Global Delivery Model for IT Services and BPO.

• On 14 February 2024, Pallia sold his one lakh shares in Wipro worth Rs. 5,05,12,640 one month before he was appointed as the CEO and Managing Director of the company.
