• Song Da-eun has appeared in dramas including Hold My Hand (2013–2014), Dear My Room (2018), Once Again (2020), and The Golden Spoon (2022).

• She has acted in TV movies such as Drama Special Season 5: Illegal Parking (2014) and Mothers (2020).

• She has appeared on TV shows including Battle Trip (2016), Heart Signal Season 2 (2018), and Heart Signal Season 2: Resident Special (2018).

  

• She has been rumoured to date BTS member Jimin since 2022. His group’s agency, BIGHIT Music under the HYBE Labels banner, has not addressed these rumours, which have left many fans unsatisfied.

• Speculation first began in 2022, when online posts claimed they were seen together. At the time, BTS’ agency BIGHIT Music stated, “It is difficult to confirm the matter related to the artist’s private life.”

• Reports in Korean media also noted that Song Da Eun had mentioned Jimin since 2022, claiming that she was not only dating him but also living with him.

• She had also posted content that fans believed was linked to Jimin. The following year, she responded to the dating rumours, saying she was mentally sound and even claimed she had proof of their relationship.

• According to K-media outlet iMBC, she added that she was not afraid of BTS’s fanbase or of the possibility of being sued for her actions.

• In May 2022, she had written on Instagram, “I am not dating anyone.” But later, she gave mixed signals through her social media activity.

• In 2025, she posted a TikTok video where Jimin appeared briefly, sparking a wave of criticism from BTS fans. Many called it an invasion of privacy, with comments like “This is disrespectful to Jimin.”

• The viral clip is believed to have been filmed at Nine One Hannam, an exclusive and luxury residential complex in Hannam-dong, Seoul, where Jimin resides.

  

• In June 2025, Song Da Eun addressed the hate she had been receiving online. Referring to malicious comments targeting her family, she said, “Just because the idol you like loves me doesn’t mean I deserve to be criticised. I didn’t make the first move either.”

• Before Jimin, she was linked to her Heart Signal 2 co-star Jung Jae Ho in 2018. The two became a real couple but reportedly broke up just five months after the show ended.

• Agency clarification K-media reports earlier this year claimed that content production and management company Merry Go Round had signed Song Da Eun as one of its artists.

• However, in the aftermath of renewed dating rumours, the company denied the reports. A representative told Korean outlet OSEN, “The article regarding our exclusive contract with Ms Song Da Eun published that morning is completely false. We have not signed an exclusive contract with Ms Song Da Eun.”

• Song has also been linked to the 2019 Burning Sun scandal involving former BIGBANG member Seungri. In April 2024, she addressed the claims in a detailed social media statement, saying she had “never visited nightclubs until after graduation” and that her brief employment at Seungri’s lounge bar, Monkey Museum, came through a university senior’s introduction.

• Explaining her role, she wrote that she only handled “checking guest names on a reservation list and placing wristbands on verified customers” and was unaware of any illegal activities. She added that she could provide employment records as proof if required.

• She also firmly denied past dating rumours with Seungri, stating, “I was never his girlfriend. I have nothing to do with him.”
