  • After completing her formal education, Smita Prakash started working at the Asian News International as an intern in 1986. Later, she became a full time editor of the news agency.
  • She rose to immense fame as an ‘independent journalist’ after she interviewed Narendra Modi before the 2014 Indian General Elections.
