  • Since childhood, she was inclined towards reading books.
  • While she was studying in school, she participated in various singing competitions. Gradually, she started developing an interest in music, and she then started learning Indian classical music from Divyang Thakkar.

  • After completing her graduation, she moved to Mumbai from Gujarat to make her career in singing.
  • She then met the Indian musician Salim Merchant through her college friend. Salim asked her to sing a Gujarati song, he liked it and then offered her the song Mar Jaava in the Hindi film Fashion.
