Some Lesser Known Facts About Sheetal Choudhary

• Sheetal Chaudhary aka Simmi, was born in a middle-class Haryanvi family.

• She later developed an interest in modelling and started uploading reels on social media.

  

• She also featured in many Haryanvi songs.

  

• She made headlines on 16 May 2025 when her dead body was found in a canal near Kharkhoda.

• On the evening of 14 May, she went to Ahar village in Panipat for an album shoot.

• Around 10:30 pm on the same day, her boyfriend, Sunil, also came there to meet her.

• Police checked the local CCTV cameras, which showed her sitting in her BF’s car, after which they also had some drinks.

  

• Later, they started a verbal fight, after which Sunil started beating her.

• She called her sister, Neha, and informed her about their fight.

• Later, Sunil started stabbing her and also slit her throat. He then drove the car into a canal, swam out of the river, and got himself admitted into a local hospital in Panipat.

• When police questioned him, he initially said that he had an accident, but later confessed to killing Sheetal.

  

• Police later found her body on 16 May and identified her with the help of tattoos on her chest and hand.

  

• It was later revealed that she used to work in Sunil’s hotel Sukoon in the Model Town area of Karnal, where he also proposed to her for marriage.

  

• However, she rejected the offer as Sunil was already married and had 2 children.

• Police also found during the investigation that Sheetal had known Sunil for around 6 years. She was also married and had a 5-month-old child. But Vishal disclosed more details later.

• According to Amar Ujala, Vishal revealed during the investigation that he used to work with Sheetal in a mall where they became friends.

• He revealed that Sheetal Chaudhary got divorced around 3 years ago and had 2 children. But she was looking for a man to marry again.

  

• Her family members fixed her marriage to a person named Vishal, and she had tattooed his name on her hand, which he did not like.

• He planned to marry her and kept a big knife in his car.

• Sunil also revealed that while he was driving with her, she received a call from Vishal, which angered him. So, he took out the knife and stabbed her 12-15 times.

• Later, he drove for around 15 km with her dead body and purposely drove the car into the canal near Panipat.

  

• He kept the door open and swam out of the canal, while Chaudhary’s body was pushed out of the car by the water.
