Satna Titus started her acting career in 2015. She is well-known for her role as Magizhini in the Tamil film Pichaikkaran (2016) with actor Vijay Antony.

In 2016, she registered her marriage with Karthik, distributor of the film Pichaikkaran, without her parents’ consent.

Her parents reportedly filed a police complaint and also planned to file a complaint with the South Indian Artistes’ Association (Nadigar Sangam) stating that their daughter was allegedly forced into the marriage. They later withdrew their complaints.

The couple convinced their parents and had their religious marriage ceremony in February 2017.
