• Satish Shah passed away due to kidney failure at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai on 25 October 2025. He had been battling kidney disease for a long time.

• Earlier that day, his health had suddenly deteriorated at home due to kidney-related complications. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but despite efforts, he could not be saved.
