• Sargam Koushal is an Indian teacher and model who is best known for winning the title of Mrs World 2022.

• She grew up in Jammu, India.

  

• Sargam got married in 2018. Soon after her marriage she realized her passion and decided to participate in beauty pageants.

• She has worked as a teacher at KC International School.

• In 2022, she participated in Mrs India 2022 beauty pageants. Koushal and her fellow participants underwent sessions with famous specialists in the pageantry industry while preparing for the pageant. Ramp walk specialist Kavita Kharayat, fitness expert Jinni Shaikh, hair and make-up expert Cherag Bambboat, and diet expert Dr Varun Katyal are among the experts.

• Sachin Kumbhar hosted the Mrs India Grand Finale. Celebrities on the Jury panel included Soha Ali Khan, Mohammad Azharuddin, Vivek Oberoi, former Mrs World Dr. Aditi Govitrikar, and couture designer Masumi Mewawalla. The competitors went through grooming sessions, seminars, and were assessed during numerous rounds that allowed them to demonstrate their talents to an exceptional panel comprised of pageant Director Mohini Sharma and the respected jury. She competed with 51 other contestants from all parts of India.

• Sargam Kaushal was announced to be Mrs India World 2022 on 15 June 2022. She was crowned by Navdeep Kaur, the National Costume Winner in Mrs India World 2021 and Mrs World 2022. Sargam Kaushal will now represent India in Mrs World 2022 after obtaining the title of Mrs India World. Juhi Vyas became the first runner-up, and Chahat became the secound.

• After being crowned the winner, Mrs Koushal said,
  

  Hi everyone, I am Sargam Koushal, Mrs Indian World 2022. I am elated to be here. I cannot express my feelings in words. I have this crown which I wanted for many many years and I will see you at Mrs World 2023.”

  

• She also shared a winning moment video on her Instagram account with the caption,
  

  Just a girl changing the world one rhinestone at a time. And, here we have the winner of Mrs India Inc 2022-23. The Stunning and well-deserving reigning queen and Mrs India World 2022, Mrs Sargam Koushal.”

• Soha Ali Khan also expressed her gratitude for being associated with Mrs. India Inc. She said,
  

  I remember the year when Rashi crowned the winner and then Navdeep. How would I feel when I see them as winners of Mrs. India World? I take pride in being associated with Mrs. India Inc. I am honoured to be a part of the jury where I see women from different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs achieve their dreams. It feels great to see all the ladies standing up for themselves and are ambitious to bring the best in them, and all thanks to Mrs. India Inc for providing such a platform for all the married women to showcase their talents and live their dream.”

• Sargam Koushal wore a heavily embellished evening gown designed by Pink Peacock Couture for the grand finale event.

• After winning the title of Mrs India World 2022, Sargam’s next goal is to win the title of Mrs World 2023.  She will work towards bring the Mrs World crown back to India. India has only won the this title once. Dr Aditi Govitrikar won the title and brough the crown to Indian in 2001. Earlier she also won the title of Gladrags Mrs India 2001. Dr Govitrikar served as a judge for Mrs India Inc 2022-23 along with Soha Ali Khan and Mohammad Azharuddin.

• Mrs India World 2022, during an interview, revealed that her family proved to be a big support for her during the whole coemption. She especially thanked her parents and husband for motivating her to pursue her dream.

• On 18 December 2022, she was crowned the Mrs World at a gala event in Las Vegas. She emerged as the winner among contestants from 63 countries to bring the title back to India after 21 years. ^[4]NDTV
