• In 2013, Saloni Khanna started working as an intern in the non-governmental organization named ‘CARE’ in Delhi which aims to end poverty and injustice.

• In 2015, she started working as a research specialist for the government of India.

• In 2021, Saloni Khanna started working as an assistant professor at Delhi University.

• In the same year, she founded her foundation named ‘Skill-Up.’

• In 2022, Saloni Khanna started her YouTube channel and started posting her interview and podcast clips. Her YouTube channel holds more than 2 lakh 20 thousand subscribers, as of 2024.

• In the same year, she started posting her UPSC interviews and education tips on Instagram and she holds more than 20 lakh 80 thousand followers on Instagram, as of 2024. Apart from education, she also posts reels related to feminism, lifestyle, health, and facts about the world.
