• In 2016, Radhika became a member of the Encore Healthcare Board of Directors.

• In the same year, she interned at Cedar Consultants in Mumbai, where she worked on presentations on Middle East Market research for budding businesses in established markets such as the Taxi service market. In this capacity, she also consolidated marketable data reports on the Banking industry in India and worldwide, meanwhile working on a market report for a non-existent industry estimating bottom-up and top-down data.

• She has also interned at Desai & Diwanji, Law Point, and Priyadarshani Academy.

• In 2017, she joined the private luxury villas chain Isprava as a sales executive.; Isprava Group is a luxury home developer backed by Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal, and Dabur’s Burman family.

• In 2018, she gained media attention just after Isha Ambani’s engagement, when her picture with Anant Ambani surfaced on the internet.
  

  

  She attended the marriage functions of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, as well as Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta. At Isha Ambani’s ring ceremony, she was seen performing on the song ‘Ghoomar’ from Padmaavat (2018), alongside Shloka Mehta and Isha Ambani.

  

  There were rumours that Anant and Radhika got engaged and that they were expecting to get married soon, but a Reliance spokesperson cleared the air, denying all the reports and calling them baseless.

• She is also known to be an animal lover and animal activist.

• She took training in the Indian classical dance form Bharatnatyam from Guru Bhavana Thakar at Shree Nibha Arts.
  

  

  In June 2022, the Ambanis hosted a lavish ceremony for Radhika’s Arangetram,  the debut on-stage performance of a former student of Indian classical dance that marks the end of his/her formal classical dance training. The ceremony was held at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai.

• She is occasionally spotted consuming alcoholic beverages with friends and family.

  

• Radhika and Anant’s three-day pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar, Gujarat, from 1 March to 3 March 2024, drew around 1200 guests, including Bollywood celebrities, tech moguls like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, and Hollywood stars Rihanna and Akon.

• Ahead of Anant and Radhika’s wedding on 12 July 2024, the lavish wedding card went viral on the internet. The card was in the form of a red box containing a small silver temple, featuring gold idols of various Hindu deities, including Lord Ganesh, Radha-Krishna, and Goddess Durga, accompanied by the sound of Hindi mantras. The box contained different cards for each wedding function. The wedding invitation also included an embroidered cloth with the initials “AR,” a blue shawl, and a silver box filled with more gifts.

• In 2024, Mukesh and Nita Ambani gifted a luxurious beachside villa in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, costing Rs. 640 crores to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. Spread in 3,000 square feet, the villa includes 10 bedrooms and a 70-meter private beach.
