• Prashant Sawant is a celebrity fitness trainer.

• He is the founder of Mumbai based popular gym ‘Body Sculptor’.

• He was born and brought up in the small town ‘Dahisar Chawal’ (Mumbai) along with nine others in the joint family.

• He wanted to work on a ship but there was nobody who tells him about it.

• His father wanted him to join his small machine-parts work so he enrolled him in the ‘Industrial Training Institute’ (ITI) in Borivali.

• After completed his ITI, he joined a gym in Dahisar and after a long period of struggle in a gym he gained a good body, later on, he became a trainer at a gym for Rs. 3000 per month.

• He also worked as an office assistant for Rs 1000 per month.

• Anupama Verma and Dino Morea are the first celebrities who notice his work in a gym.

• Finally, in 2004, he shifted from Andheri to Juhu and started his own gym ‘Body Sculptor’ and lost his half-a-dozen clients of Andheri. 

• He had a number of Bollywood clients including Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Varun Dhawan, Sunny Leone, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgan, Abhishek Bachchan etc.  

• In the year 2005 floods, his gym equipment got damaged but later on, he rebuilt the gym.

• He first met his wife in a gym and she is also the fitness trainer to the Gauri Khan.

• If not a fitness trainer, he would have been a sailor.
