• Pradeep Machiraju is an Indian actor and TV presenter known for his works in Telugu films and TV shows. He has worked as a host in various TV shows, and he rose to fame after he hosted the Telugu language celebrity talk show ‘Konchem Touchlo Unte Chepta (KTUC).’

• After completing his graduation, he worked with an event management company through which he came to know about the job of an RJ. While talking about this in an interview, he said,
  

  I worked with an event management company for which I had to meet a radio channel during one of the event. That was when they asked me to give an audition for the role of RJ for which I qualified. After that, I was well known for the voice I have. Further, I decided it’s time to come on screen to show people the person behind the voice.” ^[4]The Times of India

• He stepped into the showbiz industry as an RJ at Radio Mirchi.

• His television debut show, ‘Gadasari Atta Sogasari Kodalu’ (2010), was a game reality show in which almost 2000 women participated as contestants. It was a show in which different kinds of amusement contests were held between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law.

  

• In September 2014, he started his celebrity talk show ‘Konchem Touchlo Unte Chepta (KTUC)’ on Zee Telugu. He worked as a host and producer of the show. The show became the breakthrough of his career and ran for 5 Seasons.

  

• Machiraju has worked as a host for more than thirteen reality shows. Some of his Telugu-language shows include ‘Big Celebrity Challenge’ on Zee Telugu, ‘Express Raja’ on ETV Plus, ‘Dhee’ (Season 9-14) on ETV, ‘Drama Juniors’ on ETV, and ‘Ladies And Gentlemen’ on Zee Telugu.

• After making his film debut with the Telugu film ‘Varudu’ in 2010, he appeared in various other Telugu films including ‘100% Love’ (2011), ‘Julayi’ (2012), ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ (2013), and ‘Bham Bolenath’ (2015).

• In 2018, Pradeep Machiraju did a reality TV show, ‘Pelli Choopulu,’ which aired on the channel Star Maa. It was a ‘Svayamvara’ show through which he chose Gnaneswari Kandregula to be his life partner; however, the couple didn’t marry later.

  

• In 2021, he appeared in the Telugu film ’30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela’ in which he played the lead role of Arjun.

  

• In 2022, rumours about Pradeep Machiraju and his designer Navya Marouthu’s engagement came out. According to the rumours, Pradeep Machiraju was going to marry Navya Marouthu after dating her for a long time. The actor denied the rumours in an interview, and he said that he didn’t even know the designer in person. In the interview, he said,
  

  This engagement news is also not true. I’m still happily single. I even personally do not know the designer that these rumours are claiming to be my fiancee. Yeah, my team might have purchased their outfits and tagged her on our official handles. She is being unnecessarily dragged too. I indeed feel bad for her as well. ^[5]The Times of India

• In an interview, the actor revealed that he loved to play cricket and has been the captain of the ‘Cricket Association of Telugu Television’ for the artists’ team. He revealed that in his school and college days, he used to bunk classes to play cricket.

• Machiraju has a huge fan following on social media. More than 2 million people follow him on Facebook, 1.3 million on Twitter, and 1.5 million on Instagram.

• In an interview, Pradeep Machiraju said that he admired actors Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh Babu and considers them his idols.
