In August 2018, Neetu Jha began working as a News Correspondent at the Sudarshan News Channel in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. She worked there for more than a year up until February 2020.

In March 2020, she became a News Correspondent for R9 TV.

After a year, in March 2021, she started working as a news anchor for Samachar Plus and worked there for nine months.
