•  Neeraj Narwal is an Indian professional Kabaddi player. He plays for the Indian National team as a left-right rider. He’s been part of teams Dabang Delhi KC, Alipur Kabaddi Association, and Bengaluru Bulls.

• He had a passion for playing Kabaddi since he was a child. He used to actively take part in Kabaddi tournaments during his school days.

  

• In 2019, he played for the G. N. D University, Amritsar in the All India Inter-University Kabaddi Championship (AIIU).

• He represented the Haryana team in the 46th Junior National Kabaddi Championship, held in Rohtak in 2010. In the championship, he picked up 15 raid points and 8 tackle points.

• He follows a regular workout regimen to maintain his fitness.

  

• He made his debut in the Pro Kabaddi League with season 7 in 2021. In the auction for the season, he was bought for Rs 6 lakh by the team Dabang Delhi KC. Initially, he was signed as a substitute for squad rotation, but he exceeded expectations by securing 12 raid points and 1 tackle point in 4 matches. He made history by being the first substitute player to achieve the highest score in Pro Kabaddi League Season 7.

• In season 8 of Pro Kabaddi League, he was acquired by the Dabang Delhi KC for Rs 10.86 lakh. In the season, he played 19 matches in which he scored 45 raid points. He helped his team to became the winner of the season and won gold medal.

  

• In 2021, he played in the Senior National Kabaddi Championship – Men. During the championship, he earned 7 points by raiding and 1 point through a tackle.

• In the same year, he participated in the Haryana State Senior Kabaddi Championship.

• In the auction for Pro Kabaddi League Season 9 (2022), he was bought by the team Bengaluru Bulls for Rs 43 lakh. He scored 92 raid points and 23 tackle points in the season.

  

• In 2023, he was again acquired by Bengaluru Bulls for the Pro Kabaddi league Season 10.

• He smokes hookah occasionally.

  

• He created his YouTube channel named ‘Neeraj Narwal 10’ in July 2023. On the channel, he uploads his match videos and workout videos on which he garned more than 20 thousand views as of December 2023.
