• Neda Balluku grew up in Tirana, Albania.

  

• In December 2010, when she was just 20 years old, Neda participated in the reality TV show Big Brother Albania 4.

  

• On the show Big Brother Albania 4, she met Ogren and soon fell in love with him. The two dated each other for a long time and then got married. In an interview, while talking about his relationship with Ogren, Neda said,
  

  It was 2010-2011, the fact that we both met there was a coincidence that we really fell in love and we took the steps of flirting like in real life, I think the secret is luck and the will we have to work that everyone they know very well that marriage and relationships are daily work that you have to keep on your feet as well as a large dose of luck.”

• In February 2016, Neda began working as a specialist in the General Directorate of Social Policy in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. She worked there till September 2022.

  

• In September 2022, she was appointed as the Head of Communication and Public Relations at Teatri Kombëtar i Operas dhe Baletit. She held the post till April 2023.

• In March 2023, Neda was appointed as the Head of the Unit of Gender Equality Policies in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection Albania.

• In 2024, Neda participated in Big Brother VIP Season 4.

  

• She also worked as an opinionist on the show Purputhen.

• She is very active on social media and enjoys a great fan following.

• Neda is very vocal about women empowerment and often promotes the cause on various events and social media.

  

• Neda has penned two books. In 2023, she published the book Neda Balluku’s TË PARAT, for children and teenagers.
