• Mohit Goyat is an Indian Kabaddi player. He is well-known for representing the Pro Kabaddi League’s Puneri Paltans.

• At the age of 12, Mohit Goyat started playing Kabaddi. While pursuing his schooling, he trained under the coach Jagbir Sihag.

• In 2017, Mohit Goyat was selected for the Haryana State Kabaddi team. He played his debut match for the Haryana state team at the 29th Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship held in November 2017 at Dumka in Jharkhand.

• In February 2020, Mohit Goyat played for the Haryana State Kabaddi team at the 46th Junior National Kabaddi Championship held at Rohtak, Haryana.

  

• In 2021, Mohit Goyat was appointed as the captain of the Bhaini School Kabaddi Team. In July 2021, he played as a captain for the Bhaini School Kabaddi Team at the K7 Kabaddi Stage Up. During the tournament, he played in 13 matches as a raider and scored a total of 179 points. Due to his performance at the tournament, he was selected as a Franchisee nominated player for Puneri Paltan by its coach Anup Kumar to play in season 8 of the Pro Kabaddi League.

• In the eighth season of the Pro Kabaddi League in 2021, Mohit Goyat made his debut. Puneri Paltans purchased him as a New Young Player (NYP) for Rs. 8 Lakhs. Mohit plays as a right-raider. Throughout the season, he participated in 21 matches and upheld a raid strike rate of 52 per cent and a tackle strike rate of 60 per cent. He accumulated a total of 187 points throughout the tournament.

  

• During season 8 of the Pro Kabaddi League, Mohit Goyat won many titles including Moment of the Match, Player of the Week, and Perfect Raider of the Match.

  

• In 2022, Puneri Paltans kept Mohit Goyat on their team as an Existing Young player for Rs. 20 Lakh. During season 9, Mohit participated in 17 matches. • In 2023, Mohit Goyat was selected for the Indian Kabaddi Team. He was a member of the team that won in the 2023 Asian Kabaddi Championship held in Busan, South Korea.
