• She started her career as a radio jockey with Radio Mirchi. Later, she stepped into acting with the Kannada film Kendasampige (2015).

• Manvita Kamath is multilingual and is versed in various versions of the Kannada language like Mangaluru Kannada, Malnad Kannada, Dharwad, and Bengaluru Kannada.

• Since childhood, Manvita has pursued acting in theater.

• In one of the theater plays, she took part in a folk drama troupe directed by the Late Mr. Bhaskar Nelliteertha.

• According to Mavita, the reason for pursuing acting as a professional career was due to her work as the secretary of Kannada Singha during her college years.

• After her debut, she worked in another Kannada movie called Kanaka. She portrayed the character of Kanasu and the movie was released on 26 January 2018.

• Manvita’s next work was the commercial hit movie Tagaru, directed by Duniya Suri and the hattrick hero Shiva Rajkumar. She played the role of Punarvasu and it was the first movie where she played the lead character.

• According to Manvita, despite her having no connections within the film industry, a contract had recommended her name to the director, Duniya Soori. Subsequently, she was called in for the audition for her debut movie and received the role of Gowry Shetty.

• Manvita’s multilingual abilities and fluency in the Kannada language bagged her the role in the movie Kendasampige.

• After her work in Tagaru, she worked in various other movies such as Tharakaasu where she played the role of Muttamma, Relax Satya in the character of Maya, India vs England where she played the role of Medini, Shiva 143 in the character of Madhu, and finally in the movie Appa I Love You where she portrayed the role of Maya.

• Manvita has also acted in a Kannada and Marathi bilingual movie called Rajasthan Diaries.

• Apart from acting, Manvita also does modeling and has several partnerships with labels like Divya Samal, Yuvika Balakrishna, Tara-C-Tara, Laxmi Krishna, Stilerush, and  Sitamikhail Couture.

• She was invited as a host to an event about entrepreneurship curated by Suvarna News in Mangaluru.

• Manvita has also been invited to make a guest appearance at a corporate event hosted by the Banana Boat Network India on 7 November 2023.

• She informed about her wedding by sharing an animated wedding card on Instagram. The video of the invitation card shows the names of the bride and the groom and their parents’ names as well.

• According to Manvita, her late mother Sujatha Kamath was the one who helped her meet her husband, Arun, and was able to marry him.

• In an interview with Times of India, the actress mentioned that her matrimonial profile had been posted in their community as her mother wanted her to get married soon. Manvita’s mother, Sujatha had connected with Arun and told Manvita to marry him.

• Kamath shared in an interview that she wanted a traditional ceremony for her wedding nuptials and then a cocktail party with her friends from the Tollywood and Bollywood film industry.

• According to Manvita, Arun’s supportive nature was a significant factor in the marriage. She mentioned that “He’s always been caring and respectful of my opinions, which is rare. Unlike many men I’ve encountered, Arun never undermines me but listens attentively.”

• Manvita shared in an interview that another reason she married Arun was because he shared his birth date with her mother.

• The actress is fond of music and shares the same joy with her husband, Arun.

• Manvita also enjoys working out and posts about her workouts on her Instagram page.

• Manvita’s mother, Sujatha Kamath, passed away on 16 April 2023, and Manvita performed the last-day mourning ritual according to their religious texts on 28 April 2023.

• She posted a note along with photos of her mother after her passing to express her sadness, and she stated that she hopes her mother finds a place in heaven.
