  • He had a passion for cricket since childhood.
  • In an interview, Mangesh mentioned that he used to travel daily to Chhindwar, which is about 70 kms form his home, for his cricket training at Indira Gandhi Cricket Stadium in Chhindwara
  • Mangesh started playing competitive cricket in local and state-level matches around Madhya Pradesh.
  • In June 2025, he made his domestic debut and played for Gwalior Cheetahs in the 2025 Madhya Pradesh Premier League, where he took 14 wickets in six matches, making him the highest wicket-taker of the tournament.
  • During the MPL season, Yadav also recorded three four-wicket hauls, including a best of 4/18 in 3 overs.
