Mahesh Joshi is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress (INC) who has served as the Minister of PHED and Ground Water of the Rajasthan Government in 2021. He has twice been elected as an MLA and once as an MP. He has a political career of over 3 decades and is considered a top leader of the Rajasthan Congress. In 2023, he was accused of harassment by a person who committed suicide.

He was influenced by the ideology of Congress during his childhood due to which he decided to dedicate his life to social service.
