• She is one of the first transgender contestants in the Miss Belgium beauty contest.

• She came out as gay when she was 15 and came out as a transgender person when she was 17 years old.

• She considers pop star Lady Gaga and her song, ‘Born This Way,’ as her biggest inspiration. This helped Lennie to embrace her identity and develop her personality when she was around 12 years of age.

• She also considers Peter Platel, Andy Warhol, Gigi Gorgeous, Keith Haring, David LaChapelle, Dua Lipa, Beyoncé, and Thierry Mugler as her inspirations in her transgender journey.

• She was inspired by the transformation of American socialite Caitlyn Jenner which occurred in 2015 to go through her transformational journey of becoming a woman. She completed her transformation in 2020.

  

• In an interview, she revealed that she struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts during her transgender journey.

• She works as a volunteer at Het Roze Huis, an LGBTQIA+ organization in Antwerp.

• She is also a part of the ‘T-buddy’ organization which helps people who are in the beginning stage of their transgender gender journey or are questioning their identity by creating a safe space for them.
