  • Lallianzuala was supported by his family when he wished to pursue football as his professional career as both his father and grandfather are football fans. His grandfather even gifted him with the first pair of football boots.

  • Lallianzuala’s talent was discovered through a program called ‘Catch Them Young,’ which was led by the then coach of Mizoram, Muankima.
  • In 2012, Lallianzuala represented Mizoram in the Subroto Cup, and later, Lunglei FC picked him for the Mizoram Premier League.
  •  In 2014, Lallianzuala was selected to play in the 2014-15 I-League U19 season by the DSK Shivajians’s Liverpool International Football Academy’s under-18 team; he ended the season with 16 goals.

  • After Lallianzuala’s impressive performances at the Liverpool International Football Academy, he received a call from the India U19’s coach Lee Johnson to play for the AIFF in the 2015 Asia U18 Champions Trophy.
  • On 25 December 2015, Lallianzuala debuted for India and became the 502/9 player to represent the national team. He came as a substitute in the 77th minute for Robin Singh.

  • On 27 December 2015, Lallianzuala scored his debut goal for India against Nepal; he scored two goals in the match. He also became the third youngest player to score a goal for India’s senior national team at the age of 18 years.
  • In the 2015-16 season, Lallianzuala scored 11 goals and helped DSK Shivajians to finish 3rd in the final round of the playoffs in the I-League U18.
  • In March 2016, Lallianzuala, along with his teammate Jerry Mawihmingthanga, went to England and trained at Liverpool’s Youth Academy at Kirkby.

  • On 8 January 2017, Lallianzuala debuted for DSK Shivajians against Mumbai FC.
  • On 11 March 2017, Lallianzuala scored his first professional goal and debut goal for DSK Shivajians against Mumbai FC. He came as a substitute in the match and scored in the 67th minute of the match as the score ended 5-0 in favour of DSK Shivajians.

  • Lallianzuala was bought by Delhi Dynamos (now Odisha FC) for Rs. 27 lakhs from the ISL Players Draft for the 2017–18 Indian Super League season.
  • On 22 November 2017, Lallianzuala debuted for Delhi Dynamos (current Odisha FC) against FC Pune City; he scored a goal in his debut and helped his team to win the match 2-3.

  • Lallienzuala went twice for the trials to the Norwegian club Viking Fk, once while playing for Delhi Dynamos and the second time after leaving them but failed to grab a contract from them both times as he faced a lot of competition at the Norwegian club after which he returned to India.

  • On 30 August 2019, Lallianzuala joined Chennaiyin FC from Delhi Dynamos on a two-year contract.
