• She was born and raised in Brooklyn, United States.

  

• She worked as a Sales Assistant at the U.S. Trust, New York, from September 2003 to June 2005.

• She then moved to work as a sports staff writer for ‘The Daily Orange’ in September 2005 and continued working there until May 2006.

• She was a contributing sports writer in ‘The Post-Standard’ from January 2006 to May 2006 and covered various high school sports in Syracuse, New York.

• She worked in ‘The Record’ from October 2006 to November 2007.

• She worked for the Newsday Media Group for almost a decade, from November 2007 to August 2017. For 6 years, she worked as the only beat writer for the Newsday newspaper, covering the New York Jets, an NFL team.

• She has been covering the NFL (National Football League) since 2009.
