• Karan Singh had gained interest in illusions as a child while practicing magic tricks with his father.

• In 2002, he went to a magic summer camp in Tirthan, near Kullu Manali, where he met his teacher Ishammudin Khan who is a magician, he taught him his first two tricks in magic.

• Initially Karan used to perform those two magic tricks until, he discovered David Blaine on television and took inspiration from him.

• Karan dropped out of college in the third year to pursue magic as a full-time career.

• He is known for using his audience as a prop while performing on stage. He once while performing magic figured out Shah Rukh Khan’s ATM Pin. He has performed for various celebrities. He has read their minds using magic tricks like Virat Kohli’s.

• In 2007, at the age of 16, Karan performed his first show for the students of 12th standard at their farewell in the school. He also performed at various magic shows for the kid’s birthday parties, where he used to dress up as Aladdin.

• Karan Singh gained popularity after his first TV commercial show named ‘Karan Singh Magic: Saltus at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi, which was sponsored by Pepsi, and Karan performed for the former Pepsi Chairperson and their CEO Indra Nooyi.
