• Ishtiyak Khan is an Indian actor and comedian. In 2022, he appeared in the popular Sony TV comedy show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ as ‘Kappu ka Sasur.’

• While he was studying in school, he participated in various school plays and drama competitions. Later, he performed in various theatre plays of Anveshan Theatre Group in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.

• He has completed an acting course at the National School of Drama, New Delhi.

  

• In 1989, he joined the Indian People’s Theatre Association (IPTA), a theatre group in Juhu, Mumbai. His first street play was Gili Gili Fu, and his first stage show was Ek Tha Gadha Urf Aladad Khan.

• He has played supporting roles in various Hindi films such as ‘Phas Gaye Re Obama’ (2010), ‘Jolly LLB’ (2013), ‘Tamasha’ (2015), ‘Fukrey Returns’ (2017), and ‘Ludo’ (2020).

• Ishtiyak Khan has been featured in the TV commercials of various brands like Lux Venus, Udaan App, Tata Motors, 7UP, and Redmi. He was also featured in the promotional video of IPL.
