• Indira Ampiot, a French model, rose to fame after winning the Miss France 2023 title. She has previously been crowned Miss Guadeloupe 2022 and Miss Basse-Terre 2022. She is the fourth individual from Guadeloupe to earn the Miss France title.

• Before becoming Miss France, Indira had aspirations to pursue post-secondary studies in communication in Paris. She also wanted to gain some experience in visual advertising, communication, and design, with aspirations of becoming an art director.

• Ampiot shares a familial bond with the world of sports; she is the niece of renowned footballer Frédéric Tejou.

• Her interest in the world of pageantry began in 2022 when she decided to compete for the Miss Basse-Terre 2022 title. She subsequently became eligible to compete in the Miss Guadeloupe 2022 pageant.
