- Gramos Bajcinovci started his career as a news cameraman for the Klan Kosova channel.

- Later, the Association of Professional Journalists of Kosovo (AGPK) and Union of Journalists of Kosovo (UGK) complained to the Kosovo Police (PK) to investigate the incident.
- He later started working in the entertainment industry as a cameraman and shot photoshoots or interviews for various such as Prive TV.
- He liked playing soccer (football) and even played in the competitions for the amateur journalists.
