• Srinu Boddupalli or Getup Srinu is an Indian film actor, stand-up comedian, and television presenter who is known for starring in Telugu TV’s comedy show Jabardasth. He is also known for appearing in the Telugu films Rangasthalam (2018), Zombie Reddy (2021), and Waltair Veerayya (2023).

• Getup Srinu was born into a humble family. His parents worked as labourers and migrated to Kalingagudem from Srikakulam in search of work. Srinu spent his childhood on a small farm next to the crop canal.

• During childhood, he would accompany his parents to work, where he would make everyone laugh by mimicking fellow labourers.

• He idolized actor Chiranjeevi‘s work while growing up.

• Eventually, he moved to Hyderabad for better work opportunities.

  

• In 2013, Srinu Boddupalli gained popularity with the Telugu Sketch comedy show Jabardasth. Later, he also appeared in Jabardasth’s extended version, Extra Jabardasth. On the show, he is a part of Sudigali Sudheer’s team. He earned the moniker ‘Getup’ for appearing in various getups to mimic different personalities on the show.
