He used to take part in dance competitions and did stage plays while studying in college.

After completing his formal studies, he worked as a radio jockey for a few months.

Jose later decided to study journalism abroad; however, he auditioned for a Malayalam film and got selected.

After finishing his first film, he did a three-month acting diploma at ‘Actor Prepares,’ Anupam Kher’s acting school in Mumbai in 2021. He also learnt Hindi while doing his diploma.
