  • Erin’s paternal grandfather belonged to Carndonagh, a small town in County Donegal, Ireland.
  • Growing up, Erin struggled to understand her grandfather’s strong Donegal accent, but it made her curious about how voices and accents influence the way people relate and connect with others.
  • Erin was very young when she began attending Sunday drama classes with her older sister Grace Joséphine Doherty. Although she was shy at first, she soon found that acting helped her feel free and let go of her anxiety.
