• CP Joshi is an Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) who was elected as MP from Chittorgarh in Rajasthan
  in 2014 and 2019. He has served as the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Rajasthan. He became the State President of the BJP in Rajasthan on 27 March 2023.

• Interestingly, Joshi’s political journey began with the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress (INC). ^[9]The Indian Express He first became the vice president and then the president of his college’s student union between 1994 and 1996. Subsequently, he joined the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), a student organization affiliated with the Hindu nationalist organization Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Consequently, he rose through the ranks, from a Member of Zila Parishad and Uppradhan of Bhadesar Panchayat Samiti to several posts in the Rajasthan Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Rajasthan before becoming its president.
