• Corbin was a member of the South African squad that won the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2014. He also won the man of the match award in the final of the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup for his match winning performance, taking four wicket for 15 runs.
• Corbin is an avid dog lover.

  

• On 7 November 2014, Corbin made his T20 debut for Titans against Knights in the 2014–15 Ram Slam T20 Challenge. He took a wicket in the match.

• Corbin made his first-class debut for Titans on 28 September 2017 in the 2017–18 Sunfoil Series.

• Corbin made his List A debut on 7 January 2018 for Northerns in the 2017–18 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge. He scored 68 runs off 71 balls and took three wickets in the match.

• Corbin took total five wickets in his debut test match and scored 81 runs in the match’s first innings, guiding South Africa to victory.

•  Corbin went unsold in the IPL mega auctions, which held in November 2024 but later, he was signed by Mumbai Indians for a price of Rs. 75 lakhs as an injury replacement for Lizaad Williams.
