  • After graduation, Biplab spent 15 years in Delhi where he did his higher studies and also worked as a professional gym instructor.
  • He was associated with the ‘Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’ (RSS) as a volunteer under K. N. Govindacharya for several years.
  • The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician ‘Sunil Deodhar’ mentored him.
  • In 2014, he became the BJP state in-charge of Tripura.
  • He later started campaigning for the elections of the ‘Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council.’
  • He also got training from the member of BJP political party ‘Ganesh Singh.’
  • Since 2016, he has been the president of the BJP state unit of Tripura.
  • In 2017, he was involved in the defections of ‘Indian National Congress’ to ‘Bharatiya Janata Party.’
