Some Lesser Known Facts About Arjun Ashokan

• Arjun Ashokan pursued B.Com in a college in Thuravoor, Cherthala, but dropped out as he started getting opportunities in the film industry.

• During his student days, he used to work as a Disc Jockey, under the name DJ Arjun Ash.

• He is a trained singer and dancer.

• The initial two films in his acting career were not successful commercially. This made him think of changing his career path to film direction. He met actor-director Soubin Shahir to assist him in direction but instead was cast in the role of Hakeem in the film Parava (2017).

  

• He played supporting characters in the films Varathan (2018), B. Tech (2018), Mandharam (2018), and Jan.E.Man (2021).

  

• He played lead roles in the films Super Sharanya (2022), Romancham (2023), Pranaya Vilasam (2023), and Theeppori Benny (2023).

  

• He married his wife, Nikhita, after a courtship of over nine years. They met each other during their school days.

• He is a businessman who along with his partners owns a car wash business (Car Bath, Kochi). He is also a partner in a packet food factory and a construction business.

• He became a singer for his father’s directorial, An International Local Story (2019) with the song Pattanam Marreettum.
