• In childhood, she used to practice posing wearing a crown. While she was studying in school and college, she won Miss Beautiful Smile title in various contests.

  

• After her class 12, she appeared for an entrance exam in engineering.

• Initially, her father was strictly against her decision of making her career in acting.

• In 2009, she received an offer of the film Malayalam film ‘Neelathamara.’

However, she denied that those were their wedding pictures and said that the photos were taken for professional work. She even demanded a stay to publish her pictures with Bhavinder Singh and also filed a defamation case against Bhavinder.
