• Alok Rajwade wanted to become an actor since childhood. He began performing in theatre plays during his school days.

• While studying in college, he was a part of the theatre groups Aasakta Kalamanch and Samanvay.

• In 2007, he worked as an actor in a Hindi theatre play titled ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom.’

• He started a theatre group named ‘Natak Company’ in 2008.

• He essayed the lead role of Ashu in the award-winning short Bhojpuri film ‘Udedh Bun’ (2008).

• He appeared as a co-host along with Mrinmayee Godbole in the Marathi YouTube video series ‘Safe Journeys’ (2019), which focused on the problems about sex and sexuality that teenagers and young adults face. • Apart from acting and directing, he also ventured into singing. In 2020, he sang the song “Savita Bhabhi” for his Marathi directorial debut film ‘Ashleel Udyog Mitramandal.’

• He provided his vocals to the title track of the Marathi play “Jamba Bamba Boo” in 2020.

• In 2022, he appeared in the Hindi film ‘Dear Molly.’ The film was also made in the Marathi language.
