• Akash Vasisht is an Indian cricketer who plays for Himachal Pradesh in domestic cricket. He played for the franchise team Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League 2023.

• He worked as an Accountant General Punjab at BCCI before becoming a cricketer.

• He started his cricketing journey representing Himachal Pradesh Under-19s and Under-22s teams.

  

• On 28 December 2014, Akash made his first-class debut for Himachal Pradesh in a match against Assam in the Ranji Trophy 2014/15 at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati.

• His performance in the 2022-23 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy was immensely appreciated. In the championship, he finished as Himachal Pradesh’s highest run-getter with 216 runs at an average of 54 and a strike rate of 163.63.

• In 2023, Akash Vashisht was bought by the franchise team Rajasthan Royals at the Base price of 20 Lakhs for IPL.
