  • While he was studying in school, he participated in various sports like cricket and football.
  • In his teens, one day, while he was travelling in a local train, a film director Nari Hira spotted him. Nari liked his looks and signed him for six telefilms including ‘Kalank Ka Tika’ (1986), ‘Siyahi’ (1986), ‘Shingora’ (1986), and ‘Abhishek’ (1987).
