• Mahanaryaman Scindia is an Indian entrepreneur who is known for being the son of Indian politician Jyotiraditya Scindia.

• When he was a child, he wanted to become a chef and used to practice various recipes from the internet.

• He took a one-year gap after completing his schooling. During this time, he did an internship with Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, king of Bhutan and learnt a lot about humanity.

  

• After completing his graduation, he worked at Boston Consulting Group in Mumbai, gaining corporate experience by handling cases for companies like SBI, Jindal Steel Woorks, and Tata Motors.

• Following the path of his ancestors, he interned under veteran politician Arun Jaitley and played a crucial role in his father’s political campaigns and development initiatives.

  

• Later, he went to London for further studies. After completing his formal education in 2019, he engaged in meaningful projects with Softbank Group, Christie’s, and Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness Commission. He also did an internship at ‘Macro Advisory Partners’ in New York.

• Following this, when he returned to India, he tried his hands in various ventures.

• Due to his fondness for music, he started a music event named Symbol. He also started the Campbell Music Festival in America.

• He is also a keen promoter of the heritage and history of India. When he started living in India, he began spending more time in Gwalior and rediscovered its richness in history, art, music, and nature. He encouraged the city’s youth to do the same, take pride in their hometown, and keep it clean. He believed that when we showcase the city to others through our eyes and involve the community, tourism will thrive. He was also involved in organizing events like Pravaas and collaborating with companies to engage local artisans, restaurants, musicians, and startups, fostering a sense of value for tourism and encouraging its promotion.

• He also became the founder of Undersounds Entertainment and played a key role in organizing and hosting various events at heritage sites in collaboration with Cercle, Cymbal Rotations, and Oscillate. His project, Pravaas debuted its first edition at Jai Vilas Palace in Gwalior.

• He founded Koshish, a peace initiative between India and Pakistan. Through this initiative, he independently planned and hosted a 60-member peace conference using Track II diplomacy. The conference involved high school students from Pakistan and Bangladesh discussing subcontinental relations and its effects on youth.

• In 2018, he made a public appearance with his father while visiting the Mahakal temple in Ujjain prior to the state polls.

• On 10 June 2018, he delivered a political speech at Shivpuri in which he mentioned that politics in Madhya Pradesh was full of lies.

  

• A day after delivering the speech, he was seen making tikki with a local chaat vendor. He distributed the tikki among people present there and also gave Rs. 350 to the vendor.

  

• In 2019, he was seen campaigning for his father in the Guna Lok Sabha Elections.

  

• He came to the limelight in 2020 when his father Jyotiraditya Scindia chose to leave the Congress party, he supported his father’s “brave” decision. He took to Twitter and wrote,

• In 2022, Mahanaryman initiated a new startup named MYMandi. Serving as the co-founder alongside his friend Suryansh Rana, Mahanaryaman ventured into the agricultural startup. The company buys fruits and vegetables in bulk, packs them and sends them to car-pullers. The company works in four cities, including Jaipur, Nagpur, Gwalior and Agra.

• Following his interest in cricket, in 2022, he was elected as the vice-president of the Gwalior Division Cricket Association (GDCA).

  

• In 2022, it was reported that Nisha Singh, a resident of Lucknow, visited Jaivilas Palace in Gwalior. Impressed by its grandeur, she learned about the royal family and the lifestyle of the Scindia crown prince, Mahanaryaman Scindia. Dreaming of residing in a royal palace, Nisha expressed her heartfelt sentiments in the palace’s comment book. She wrote a message to Mahanaryaman, asking him to call her when he reads the book, providing her contact number. Nisha expressed her desire to be his queen.

• On 1 September 2025, at just 29 years old, he was unanimously chosen as the president of the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA). He became the youngest ever president of the institution and the third generation of the Scindia family to lead it.

• He serves as a board member at the Scindia School in Gwalior.
