  • Nitesh Pandey was an Indian actor, writer, producer, and director, who was active in the entertainment field for more than 25 years. He worked in various TV shows and films, showcasing his talent and versatility. He played mainly supportive and humorous roles.
  • From his early school days, he displayed a keen interest in acting and actively took part in numerous plays and cultural events. After completing his schooling, he delved into the world of theatre, honing his acting skills under the guidance of respected mentors such as Pt. Satyadev Dubey, Sunil Shanbag, and Bhupendra Deshmukh.
  • In the year 1990, he started his professional journey as a theatre actor. Throughout his career, he graced the stage with his presence in several plays, such as Aastha, Misal Pav, and Main Bhi Superman.

  • His debut TV show Tejas was initially aired on BITV in 1995 but unfortunately got discontinued after a few episodes due to BITV losing its satellite rights.
  • He continued his journey in the television realm, appearing in several notable TV shows. In 2001, he portrayed the character of Ankush in Manzilein Apani Apani. In 2002, he played the role of Mehul in Justujoo and Pranay in Astitva…Ek Prem Kahani. In 2011, he appeared as Armaan in Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, and in 2012, he took on the character of Harish Kumar in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. In 2020, he essayed on the role of Hasmukh ‘Hasu’ Gadhvi/Batuk Nath in Indiawaali Maa.

  • In the 2006 film Khosla Ka Ghosla, he played the character of Mani. In the 2007 film Om Shanti Om, he played the role of Anwar Sheikh, Shah Rukh Khan‘s assistant. In the 2012 film Dabangg 2, starring Salman Khan, he appeared as a doctor. In the 2015 film Hunterr, he essayed the character of Deepak Surve. In the 2016 film Madaari, starring Irrfan Khan, he portrayed the role of Sanjay Jagtap. In the 2022 film Badhai Do, starring Rajkummar Rao, he played the character of Prem Singh.

  • In 2022, he made his debut in the popular web series “What the Folks” as Prakash Sharma in its fourth season. The series premiered on YouTube and it was produced by Dice Media. Following that, he was also cast in the series “Bajao.” He also acted in Papa vs PMS.

  • In 2014, he ventured into the field of production and established his own company called Dream Castle Entertainment Private Limited. Through his production company, he undertook projects involving the creation of radio shows for prominent stations such as 91.1 Radiocity FM and 92.7 Big FM.
  • He embarked on another production venture by establishing Big Guy Productions LLP in 2017. Under this production company, he took on the roles of producer and director for two short films titled ‘Jale Tere Hoat’ and ‘Ab Nunu Ka Kya Hoga’. Both of these short films garnered significant recognition and acclaim, earning numerous international awards for their exceptional storytelling and craftsmanship.

  • While working on a television series in the Igatpur area of Mumbai, a tragic incident occurred on the night of May 24, 2023. Unfortunately, around 1:30 am, he unexpectedly passed away in his hotel room due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 50 years.
  • He had a great fondness for dogs and owned three dogs named Boris, Duke, and Oscar.
