• Nisha Sarangh started getting marriage proposals when she was in 8th standard.

• She got married to one of her cousins soon after she cleared her 10th standard. Nisha Sarangh’s marriage didn’t last long and the couple divorced a few years later.

• In 2003, Nisha Sarangh was cast in the Malayalam comedy film titled ‘Hariharan Pilla Happy Aanu’ in which she played the character of the maid Sushama.
