• Since a young age, Sonal aspired to become a model and actress.

• During schooling, she was a sports enthusiast and played Judo and Basketball and also won various medals and championships.

• While pursuing graduation in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, she participated in various beauty pageants.

• In 2016, she was a part of the top 8 contestants of the Femina Style Diva 2016; however, she did not win the pageant.

• In 2017, she participated in the Miss Queen of India pageant.

  

• In October 2017, Sonal Mudgal moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting.

• In her debut film, Muskurahatein (2017), she worked alongside J. S. Randhawa, Sanjay Mishra and Rakesh Bedi.
