• Naveen Gupta is an Indian Business executive. He was appointed by Zoomcar as the Vice President and  Country Head for India on 28 November 2022.

• He started his career in 2006 as an intern at Bharti Airtel Limited and learnt the GSM network concepts and the Value added services there.

• In 2007, he worked as an intern for two months (July- August) at Nokia Siemens Networks; he was also selected as the best intern there.

• In 2010, did an internship for three months (July- August) at Percept Knorigin.

• While pursuing his M.Sc., Gupta framed India’s entry strategy for Metris B.V., (a Dutch-based company) as a Company Sponsered Project and also received a Letter of Appreciation from the International Marketing Manager for it.

• At IIFT, he was the editor-in-chief of MarkMantra (the marketing e-magazine of IIFT) while pursuing his M.B.A. there.

• In 2011, he joined Hero MotoCorp Ltd in New Delhi as a Management Trainee. He did his Primary Market Research in 10 countries including 4 S.E Asian, 3 Latin American, and 3 Western African countries and did his Secondary Market Research in 5 countries including 3 Latin American and 2 African countries during his training in the firm.

• In June 2012, Gupta has promoted to Deputy Manager and pioneered/supervised Hero’s 1st International market launch after its split from Honda. In April 2013, he was promoted to Country Sales Manager of the firm.

• Gupta started working as a Manager of International Business Development at redBus (an online bus ticket booking platform) in Bengaluru in September 2014. He was promoted to Business Manager of the firm in July 2015 and given the responsibilities for Business strategy, Unit Economics, Supply acquisition, Driving offline marketing, Affiliates, B2B Product Management, Operations, and Setting up teams & offices in Singapore and Malaysia. The firm selected him as the Associate Director in October 2018.

• In March 2019, he joined Swiggy as a City Head in New Delhi and had the responsibilities of managing the Supply, Growth & Operations, and P&L of the firm in Delhi/NCR. He was selected as the Business Director of the firm in January 2021, where he was responsible for the P&L of the firm in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

• Later, he joined the CARS24 in Gurugram, Haryana as a National Sales Head and worked there for more than one year.

• On 28 November 2022, the Indian car-sharing platform, Zoomcar, appointed Naveen Gupta as the Vice President and Country Head for India. After appointing him as the Country Head for India, the CEO and Co-Founder of Zoomcar, Greg Moran, said,
