• Kelley Mack was born as Kelley Klebenow in Cincinnati, United States. She developed an interest in storytelling after receiving a small video camera as a birthday gift during childhood.

• She was raised in cities including Wyoming, Mount Lookout, Ellisville, Avon, Charlotte, and Hinsdale.

• She started acting in commercials as a child and later pursued acting professionally.

  

• In 2008, Kelley played her first film role as Chloe in The Elephant Garden. She won an Acting Award from Tisch School of the Arts and the Student Visionary Award at the Tribeca Film Festival for her performance.

• She later earned an Acting Certificate from The School at Steppenwolf in Chicago.

• She also acted in student films and won the Jury Choice Award at the Atlanta Horror Film Festival.

• She earned a bachelor’s degree in cinematography from Dodge College at Chapman University in California.

• Kelley worked in television, films, commercials, and voice-over projects during her acting career. She appeared in 35 acting roles and held 5 producer credits over her career.

• She was diagnosed with glioma of the central nervous system, a tumour affecting the brain and spinal cord. Kelley Mack died on Saturday in her hometown of Cincinnati at the age of 33.

• Her death was confirmed on the social media platform CaringBridge and later on her Instagram page.

• She is survived by her parents, Kristen and Lindsay Klebenow, sister Kathryn, brother Parker, and her grandparents, Lois and Larry Klebenow.

• She used to play tennis regularly.

• She loved coffee, sports, baking, pets, fantasy football, bourbon, anime, and British accents.

• She used to write scripts, including the script of On The Black, based on her grandparents, which reached the quarterfinals of the PAGE Awards Screenplay Contest. It was also selected in the Top 10% of the Academy Nicholl Screenwriting Fellowship.

• Her memorial was scheduled on 16 August 2025, at Glendale Lyceum, Glendale, Ohio. Another event was organised in Los Angeles for her friends and colleagues.
