  • He started his career as an executive producer. At that time, he was a huge fan of the South Indian actor N. T. Rama Rao (NTR) and wanted to cast NTR in his film.

  • In 1974, Aswini started a film production house ‘Vyjayanthi Movies;’ inaugurated by NTR. The name Vyjayanthi was given by NTR, and the name was derived from the garland worn by Lord Krishna.
