• Namrita Malla’s ancestors belong to Nepal.

• While she was studying in school, she participated in various dance competitions.

• After completing her class 12, she joined Zenith Dance Troupe in Delhi and performed in various dance competitions under her guru Suraj.

  

• In 2014, she started her self-titled YouTube channel on which she uploads her dance videos.

  

• She has appeared in various Punjabi music videos like “Sat Rang Da Dupatta” (2016), “Crop Top” (2017), and “Barishan” (2017).

  

• During the COVID-19 lockdown in India, she started uploading her workout videos on her Instagram reels. Soon, she started gaining popularity with her reels.

• She has been featured in various Bhojpuri music videos like “Lal Ghagra” (2022), “Chadhal Jawani Rasgulla” (2023), “Jawani Kya Achaar Dalogi” (2023), and “Pistol Dupatta Mein” (2023).

  

• Namrita has also appeared in a few Hindi songs like “Sookha” (2022) and “Balma” from Jaggu Ki Lalten’ (2022).
