  • She now competes in the figure division in the IFBB and NPC. She became the first woman from India to compete in Arnold Classic. First woman from India to ever compete in Amateur Olympia. These events happened in Spain and Prague respectively.
  • Dr. Rita Jairath has appeared as a speaker in the panel of the World Women’s Leadership Congress for discussions on fitness. She has also conducted a workshop teaching gym trainers and coaches about Macronutrients and Sports Nutrition on 24 June 2020.

New Education Policy and the higher present education system and major challenges organised by the Geo-informatics Department, Netra Institute of Geo-informatics, Management and Technologies on 8 October 2020. Educationists from all over the world were present at this event.
  • She was present as a speaker in the international panel of Prodigy Bureau, Dubai consisting of women from the USA, UK, UAE, Greece, Nigeria, and India to discuss women entrepreneurs in wellness and how they can make a change on 27 September 2020.

Indeed, to stay healthy, you need to eat healthily. Just skipping the meals while eating unhealthy food the rest of the time would not help you in any way. Having raw foods is boring and bland. Nevertheless, you can have its natural taste by adding another set of ingredients, which, by no means, could deter the body functions. Avoid too much sugary, spicy or oily food. Adjusting to a specific cuisine may take time but relish the beauty of food that can build the body positively.”
